Calculations depend on the figures you enter and the stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of Google ratings, rankings, bookings or future results. Review recommendations are general information.

Your responsibility

Use tools and templates lawfully, check generated wording before publishing and do not upload confidential or sensitive information. Customers must remain free to choose their own rating and feedback.

Third-party services

Google controls its review and search services. External websites and the RepBeacon application may have separate terms.

Free accounts and Pro trials

Free accounts cover one business location and have no subscription charge. They do not include automated review requests or an SMS/email sending allowance. Paid plans start with a 15-day free trial, with no card required to start and an allowance of 50 SMS and 50 emails per location. After the trial, Starter costs £29 and Pro costs £59 per location per month (or £290 and £590 per year), billed in GBP through Stripe. Starter includes 100 SMS per location each month and unlimited email requests; Pro includes 300 SMS per location each month. A payment method is required to continue on a paid subscription, which renews monthly until cancelled. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Sending requires channel configuration.
